This is a unique design to Patternorium from the 'Autumn Woodland' collection.

This design is called 'Aspen Wood' and features an aspen and birch woodland in Autumn design. The design is hand drawn and unique to Patternorium, it is then prepared for printing and bespoke digitally printed. This design is also available as notebooks in my shop.
